ECP 538 Static Dissipative Stoving Enamel for ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection

 Description

A high performance, rapid curing, high build stoving enamel for static dissipative applications.  It combines excellent colour and gloss retention together with good physical properties.  It is suitable for most applications where it offers fast production turn around combined  with economy and good technical properties.

Ease of use.  Good long term durability

Preparation

Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using TBA de-greasing solvents to ensure thorough metal cleaning.

How to Use

Conventional spray.

Application

Spray well, mix base and thinners in 4:1 ratio.  Application can be with any matched spray equipment.  Normally apply 1-2 full coats.
