Mark Lineker joins the Board of Directors at TBA Protective Solutions and TBA Protective Technologies today, 1st February 2017.

Mark has worked for TBA since 1989, joining the company as a Technical Assistant where he was involved with research and development projects. The unique formulas Mark developed are still used today in the company's conductive polymer and coatings product lines.

Mark rapidly progressed his career becoming Technical Sales Manager, with promotion to Business Manager of TBA Protective Solutions in 2014.

In 2016 Mark took over the running of TBA Protective Technologies as General Manager, investing in new machinery and production lines to bring back manufacturing to the heart of the business.

Recent employment of apprentices assures that manufacturing skills will be passed on to future generations and involvement with local sports and charities allows the company to give support to local good causes.

TBA's two companies are well placed to give protection across a wide range of sectors including emi shielding and static control, and high performance heat resistant textiles including fire barriers and personal protective textiles.

TBA’s range of static control products help eliminate the risk of static discharge into electro static discharge sensitive devices (ESDS) by the use of conductive and static dissipative materials  specially designed to ensure a safe handling area is maintained.

Using specially formulated conductive and static dissipative polymers, (available to buy separately) TBA mould items such as boxes, bins and trays.  Grounding products, matting, packaging and workstation kits are also part of the products available to ensure maximum protection.
